TDX - NOVEMBER 10, 2019

Moraine Tracking Club hosted a TDX test on November 10, 2019 at the Ottowa Field Trial Grounds in Eagle, WI.

We had some hard working dogs and were so happy to award one new TDX!

CONGRATULATIONS to Christina Barcus and her Weimaraner, Liza (Foxfire's My Fair Lady, TD).  Great job!!

Thanks so much to our judges, Connie Austin and Eibhlin Glennon and to the tracklayer, Nancy Hyser.  Of course we couldn't have done it without our Event Secretary, Teresa Higgins, our hospitality lead,  Roni Szeglia, as well as all of the wonderful tracklayers, club members, and drivers that made the test possible.

TDU PASS SEPT 2019.jpg
TD - JUNE 2, 2019

We had an absolutely beautiful day for our TD test at the Ottowa Field Trial Grounds.  A heavy fog in the morning delayed the start of the test, but once the judges were sure they would actually be able to see the entrants, we were up and running.

We started the day with a pass on the first track and by the end of the day, we had three new TDs!  Pass or not, everyone had a great day enjoying the gorgeous scenery and the first sunny day we've seen in far too long.

Thanks so much to our wonderful judges: Pamela Thornburg and Bethany Lange, and to everyone who helped put the test together.  It's quite an feat to pull off, but it's definitely worth it!

VST - APRIL 14, 2019

Our first test of the year was definitely one to remember!  We had a full catalog and exhibitors from as far away as Ohio, but the weather decided not to cooperate.  Our tent was nowhere to be found so were forced to come up with a creative solution for shelter from the elements.  On the bright side, we were able to build a snowman in April!

Tracks 1 through 3 were able to run, but by track 4 the judges made the decision to cancel the remainder of the test because the snow was getting too deep to continue.

Unfortunately, we weren't able to award any new VSTs.
